If a qualifying official airline delay leaves no available boat connection on your arrival day, your included private airport transfer will take you from Phuket Airport to a hotel you select in Phuket Town, at no additional transfer charge. We will rebook your unused boat ticket for the next available departure on a later date without charging an additional boat fare.

You are responsible for arranging and paying for your hotel accommodation, meals and any new transfer from your hotel to the pier on the later travel date.

All replacement boat departures are subject to seat availability and operational confirmation. The originally selected boat departure time is not guaranteed.

This protection applies only to an official airline delay. It does not cover delays caused by the passenger after landing, including shopping, meals, currency exchange, sightseeing, personal arrangements or failure to proceed directly to the designated meeting point.
