Immigration Queue and Connection Timing
Practical options when international immigration takes longer than expected.
✧Pro Travel Tip: Navigating Phuket Airport Immigration
Phuket immigration queues are highly unpredictable and can take up to 90 minutes (1 hr 30 mins). Your private transfer includes a complimentary 90-minute waiting window starting from your actual landing time.
Since your final goal is to catch a scheduled boat, time is of the essence. To ensure a seamless connection and avoid missing your boat, please review your options:
Option 1: Pre-Book VIP Fast Track Highly Recommended
The stress-free approach. Skip the line entirely. Our airport concierge will meet you at the gate and escort you through the Premium Lane, getting you through immigration and straight to the baggage claim in minutes. (Please contact our WhatsApp support to add this before your flight).
Option 2: Upgrade On-Site (Fast Action Needed)
The quick decision. If you arrive and see an exceptionally long queue, act quickly. If eligible, look for Premium Lanes or Express Visa on Arrival (VOA) counters and pay the extra fee on the spot. A small fee here may reduce your immigration waiting time and improve your chance of catching the scheduled boat.
Option 3: Extended Waiting Time (The Fallback Plan)
If you exceed the complimentary 90 minutes, we can extend your driver's standby time for 1,300 THB per hour (any fraction counts as a full hour).
⚠️ Crucial Note
Extending the driver's wait time is subject to availability and only helpful if you can still make it to the pier before the mandatory boat check-in. If the immigration delay causes you to miss the boat, the ticket is strictly non-refundable and marked as a no-show.

Important instructions for your Phuket Airport pickup and boat connection
1. Complimentary waiting window
Our airport host will remain on standby for 90 minutes from your actual landing time. This period is intended for immigration, baggage collection and customs procedures.
2. Meeting point
After completing immigration, baggage collection and customs, proceed directly to International Terminal Exit 2. Look for the airport host holding a sign displaying the lead passenger’s name.
Confirm that the name on the sign matches your booking and follow only the assigned host. We recommend taking a quick photo of the host when you meet for easy identification.
🔍 Cannot find the host?
Stay at the designated meeting point and send a photo of your immediate surroundings via WhatsApp to +66 94 753 8569. Our support team will identify your location and direct the host to you.
3. Private vehicle arrival
Airport regulations do not permit private vehicles to wait continuously at the terminal exit. Once you meet the host, allow approximately 10–20 minutes for your vehicle to reach the designated pickup area.
⚠️ Use only the assigned host and vehicle
Following an unauthorized person or boarding an incorrect vehicle may cause additional transfer and waiting charges. The passenger is responsible for costs resulting from boarding a vehicle not assigned to the booking.
4. Flight monitoring and airline delays
We monitor the official flight status and adjust the pickup schedule according to the airline’s recorded landing time. If the airline officially delays your flight, contact us as soon as possible through WhatsApp.
When an official airline delay makes the confirmed boat departure impossible, we will assess the next available departure. Any change remains subject to boat availability and operational confirmation.
🛫 Official airline-delay support
Schedule assistance applies only to delays verified through the airline or airport flight-status system. It does not apply to delays caused by shopping, meals, currency exchange, sightseeing, personal arrangements or other activities after arrival.
5. Proceed directly after baggage collection
Your boat operates at a scheduled time. After collecting baggage, proceed directly to the meeting point. Delays caused by non-essential activities count toward the complimentary waiting window and may cause the confirmed boat connection to be missed.
6. Extended standby time
If you exceed the complimentary 90-minute waiting period, additional vehicle standby may be requested at 1,300 THB per hour; any fraction counts as a full hour. Extension is subject to driver availability and is useful only when the mandatory boat check-in time can still be met.
7. Missed connection or unavailable extension
If the assigned vehicle can no longer wait, you must arrange your own transport to the pier. Failure to arrive before mandatory boat check-in will be recorded as a no-show. The unused boat ticket and affected service are non-refundable.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
Scope. These Service Terms apply to the Phuket Airport to Phi Phi Island transfer shown on this page. They must be read together with the Website Disclaimer.
"Company" means PHUKET HOPPER COMPANY LIMITED, operating RassadaPier.Net as a private booking and transfer-coordination platform and licensed travel agency.
"Vehicle Provider" means the party assigned to perform the private airport land transfer. "Boat Operator" means the vessel operator assigned to perform the scheduled shared ferry or speedboat service. "Service Provider" means the Vehicle Provider or Boat Operator responsible for the relevant part of the transfer.
"Rassada Pier" is used only as the name of the departure location.
1. Final Sale, Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable, with One Free Amendment
All ticket sales, deposits and full payments are final once payment is confirmed. Every confirmed booking is non-refundable, non-cancellable and non-transferable.
No refund, credit or partial compensation will be issued for voluntary cancellation, unused services, no-shows, partial group arrivals, late arrival, refused boarding, a missed departure or a decision not to travel.
The payment method used does not change this policy.
The only permitted changes are the free amendment under Clause 3, official airline-delay support under Clause 4 and operational alternatives under Clause 6.
2. Check-In, Late Arrival and No-Show
Passengers must complete check-in at the counter stated in the booking confirmation at least thirty (30) minutes before the scheduled boat departure.
A passenger who does not complete check-in before the deadline will be recorded as a no-show. The unused ticket will be forfeited. No refund or credit will be issued.
A passenger who still wishes to travel must purchase a new ticket at the price available on that date. A replacement ticket can be sold only when a seat is available.
An airline delay accepted under Clause 4 is handled under the airline-delay rules and is not treated as a voluntary no-show.
3. One Free Amendment and Additional Changes
Each booking includes one free amendment to the travel date or departure time.
The Company must receive the request at least forty-eight (48) hours before the scheduled departure time. The requested new date or departure time must have available seats. The change becomes valid only after the Company confirms it in writing.
The first qualifying amendment is completely free. The Company will not charge an amendment fee, an administrative fee or a fare difference when the original route and boat type remain unchanged.
A request received fewer than 48 hours before departure cannot be accepted. A request made on the date of travel cannot be accepted.
The free amendment does not include cancellation, transfer to another passenger, change of route or change of boat type.
Any additional amendment must be requested at least 48 hours before departure and requires available seats, written Company confirmation, payment of the administrative fee stated by the Company and payment of any fare difference. If the new fare is lower, the difference will not be refunded.
4. Official Airline-Delay Support
Airline-delay support applies only to a flight that was originally scheduled within the accepted arrival window shown during booking. The delay must be confirmed by the airline or the official airport flight-status system.
The passenger must keep the stated contact channel available after landing and must notify the Company immediately after receiving notice of the official airline delay.
If the official delay makes the confirmed connection impossible, the Company will reassess the pickup time and coordinate the next available boat departure.
If a later departure is available on the same day, the Company will adjust the airport pickup and move the unused boat booking to that departure without an additional pickup-adjustment fee or boat fare.
If a qualifying official airline delay leaves no available boat connection on the passenger’s arrival day, the Company will provide the existing private airport transfer from Phuket Airport to a hotel selected by the passenger in Phuket Town. This arrival-day airport-to-hotel transfer is included at no additional transfer charge.
The Company will rebook the unused boat ticket for the next available departure on a later date without charging an additional boat fare. The passenger must arrange and pay for hotel accommodation, meals and any new transfer from the hotel to the pier on the later travel date.
Every replacement service depends on availability and confirmation from the relevant Service Provider. Airline-delay support does not guarantee the original pickup time, boat departure or arrival time.
A change made under this clause does not use the free voluntary amendment under Clause 3.
Airline-delay support does not cover delays caused by the passenger after landing. This includes time spent shopping, eating, exchanging currency, sightseeing, handling personal arrangements or failing to proceed directly to the confirmed meeting point.
5. Airport Waiting Time and Delays After Landing
For an international flight, the airport host will wait for up to 90 minutes from the official aircraft landing time.
For a domestic flight, the airport host will wait for up to 60 minutes from the official aircraft landing time.
These waiting periods are provided for immigration, baggage collection and customs procedures. Passengers must proceed directly to the meeting point stated in the booking confirmation.
A passenger who requires more waiting time must contact the Company before the included waiting period ends.
If the Vehicle Provider confirms that the driver can continue waiting, additional standby will be charged at 1,300 THB per hour per vehicle. Any part of an additional hour is charged as one full hour.
Additional standby depends on driver availability. It will not be offered when the remaining time is insufficient to reach the pier before boat check-in closes.
If the assigned vehicle can no longer wait, the passenger must arrange separate transportation to the pier. Failure to complete boat check-in on time will result in a no-show under Clause 2.
The private service applies only to the airport land transfer. A scheduled shared boat will not wait for an individual passenger.
6. Boat Schedule Changes, Service Disruption and Events Outside Control
The Boat Operator and public authorities control all decisions to change, delay, suspend or cancel a service because of weather, port restrictions, safety instructions, technical problems, vessel availability or another condition not controlled by the Company.
When this occurs, the Company will communicate the decision and coordinate the alternative selected by the Boat Operator. The selected alternative will be an earlier departure, a later departure, the next available departure, a ferry-to-speedboat replacement or a speedboat-to-ferry replacement.
If a public authority suspends boat operations, the unused boat booking will be moved to the next available authorised departure without an additional boat fare.
When an alternative service is offered, a passenger who refuses that alternative because of personal preference will not receive a refund, credit or compensation.
Accommodation, meals and all personal or onward-travel expenses are not included. The passenger is solely responsible for arranging and paying for all such expenses. The Company will not arrange, pay, reimburse or accept responsibility for any of these expenses.
7. Baggage Allowance and Responsibility
Each passenger is permitted to bring one standard suitcase weighing no more than 20 kg and one small personal carry-on bag.
The relevant Service Provider will determine whether additional, oversized or special baggage is accepted. Accepted items are charged at the Service Provider’s applicable rate. Items that cannot be carried safely will be refused.
Passengers must keep passports, money, jewellery, electronic devices, medication and other valuables in their personal possession.
The Vehicle Provider is responsible for baggage while it is accepted into the vehicle. The Boat Operator is responsible for baggage while it is accepted onto the vessel. The Company does not take physical custody of passenger baggage.
Loss or damage must be reported to the responsible Service Provider before leaving the relevant arrival area.
8. Safety Rules and Refusal of Service
Passengers must follow the safety and boarding instructions issued by the Service Provider performing the relevant part of the transfer.
The Vehicle Provider will refuse the land transfer when a passenger threatens safety, behaves disruptively, is intoxicated, refuses a lawful safety instruction or cannot be transported safely.
The Boat Operator will refuse boarding when a passenger threatens safety, behaves disruptively, is intoxicated, refuses a lawful safety instruction or is medically unfit for the selected boat service.
The refusal decision belongs to the Service Provider responsible for that part of the transfer. The Company cannot override that provider's safety decision.
A service forfeited because of the passenger's conduct, condition or refusal to follow safety instructions is non-refundable.
9. Onward Flights, Hotels and Other Travel Arrangements
The purchased service is provided only between the origin and destination stated in the booking confirmation.
A passenger connecting to an onward flight must allow at least five (5) hours between the scheduled completion of this transfer and the scheduled departure of the onward flight.
The passenger is responsible for choosing an onward connection with sufficient time.
The Company is not responsible for the cost of a missed onward flight, missed hotel booking, replacement transportation or another onward arrangement when the loss results from a Service Provider's delay, a public-authority decision, weather, a schedule change or the passenger's failure to allow the required buffer.
Comprehensive personal travel insurance is recommended for medical costs, baggage claims, delays and missed onward arrangements.
10. Payment Problems, Disputes and Chargebacks
A passenger who believes that a payment was unauthorised, duplicated, charged for the wrong amount or processed incorrectly must contact the Company immediately and provide the booking number, payer’s name, transaction date and relevant payment evidence.
Upon receiving the complaint, the Company will immediately investigate the payment and booking records and will respond with the documented transaction details.
A chargeback does not cancel the booking or create a right to a refund. The Final Sale, Non-Refundable and Non-Cancellable Policy remains in effect throughout the payment dispute.
When the Company’s records confirm that the payment was authorised and the service was provided, made available, rebooked or forfeited under these Terms, the Company will immediately contest the chargeback.
The Company will submit the booking confirmation, accepted Terms, payment records, emails, messages, official flight information, airport-pickup records, check-in records and Service Provider records as supporting evidence to the card-issuing bank and payment network.
11. Company Role, Service-Provider Responsibility and Liability
The Company operates the Website as an independent private booking and information platform and provides the booking, payment, customer communication and transfer coordination stated in the booking confirmation.
The Company is responsible for performing the booking, payment, communication and coordination duties that it expressly confirms.
The Vehicle Provider is responsible for its vehicle, driver, licence, safety and performance of the land transfer. The Boat Operator is responsible for its vessel, crew, licence, boarding rules, baggage handling, safety and performance of the boat service.
The Company is not responsible for an operational decision made solely by a Service Provider.
The Company is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or reliance-based loss caused by third-party operations, schedule changes, public-authority decisions or reliance on general website content outside the confirmed service details.
